List of CPHFH Certificants
Congratulations to all candidates who have passed the Certified Professional in Human Factors in Healthcare (CPHFH) examination to date. The Certified Professional in Human Factors in Healthcare credential attests to your professional competency in human factors science and application. The credential is valid for three years, after which time CPHFH Recertification is required.
Please note: All new CPHFH certificants will be listed during the month following your exam pass date. Certificants may opt out of public listing by request, but their status may still be verified by contacting the certification office (certification@ihi.org).
