Becker's Hospital Review
This article is based on a session at the 2024 IHI Forum and provides a high-level overview of the framework to advance organizational trustworthiness in healthcare. The article also summarizes Oak Street Health’s experience within IHI's prototyping network, which tested the three-step framework for repairing, building, and strengthening trust between healthcare organizations and clinicians, and between healthcare organizations and the communities they serve.
